poetry clashes with urban reality.................

r.e. boyer tresaco..........he must be very wealthy.........he opened the foundation in the middle of the pandemic.........just after the lockdown period.......when you can do this under such circumstances, it means you have loads of money.............apparently he has got houses in new york city, madrid and la manga........so.........he MUST be really wealthy..............his foundation is not sponsored either.......even more, part of the spirit of the foundation is to economically fund and support social aid projects........there is no admission fee to the exhibition either, which adds to the idea that money is not a problem for him............

r.e. hanged woman..........there were some pages of a book next to this sculpture giving some kind of explanation.............as far as i can remember, the woman is supposed to be the survivor of a ship wreckage..............her skin has vanished in the ocean.............apparently he made this sculpture in a time when he was obsessed with representing the physical inner part of the human body in an attempt to show how alike we all are..............that is the explanation from the book as i remember it........there is much more to it, of course............what was more disturbing about the piece was the woman's left foot, which is intact and where you can even appreciate her polished nails..........the whole space made you feel quite uncomfortable..........

r.e. invisible sculpture.........quite a controversial work........apparently an italian sculptor sold an invisible sculpture in 2021 and got credit for being the first artist to work on this concept when boyer tresaco has been working on this same concept for more than twenty years........

r.e. i must admit i had no idea of all i am telling you before visiting the foundation............i have tried to search the web for more information about him but he seems to be quite reclusive and monastic and could find barely anything...............there are some books published analysing his works, though...............
