yes, sometimes people ride their bikes along the promenade..........i do not think it is allowed though since there was a bike lane on the other side of the block of buildings................

here it is actually a lot cooler by the water........in general the there is a difference of 6-8ºC between cartagena and la manga.........and the beach can be even a little cooler...............
