this was part of an amazing meal earlier this summer,
we were actually celebrating both our birthdays,
as a gift from my brother.

it was a very exclusive sushi tasting
and this was an "extra"
it was a combination of:
tuna
uni
caviar...
i had already taken a bite out of it
when i took this picture...
it was sublime
