many, many years ago
when i had a loft in soho
i had a darkroom
it was rather large,
the sink, which ran along one wall
was about 8' long
over the years,
i totally collaged the walls, with ephemera, photo's, memories, etc
and i often bought things
just for the boxes,
which went up on the wall too.
when i became a painter
and no longer used the darkroom,
i wanted more studio space
so i demolished one wall
before i did
i preserved sections of the collages
on boards
this was one of them
