i was so afraid i had waited too long,
last night he was in bad shape
and this morning it seemed
that the soonest that i would be able to get him to the vet
would be tomorrow at 1pm
finally
this afternoon,
i found a vet who could come to the house
and put him down
it was a much gentler way to go
then getting him into the cat carrier
and bringing him back to the place
where he knows he gets poked and prodded

i am so so sad
i can't believe my sweet boy is gone
