do these disrupters actually get any kind of punishment........like a fine or something..............?

it is some kind of elastic foam rubber.........they are not for pain or support........they help 'dissolve' and 'drain' the inner 'bruise' i have.......they are also meant to help swelling disappear..............

i am making a really fast progress since my visit to the acupuncturist.........yesterday i went for a short wlak in the morning and another one in the early evening such as she told me i had to do..........it was a bit painful, specially in the evening, but i can walk quite normally, which makes me feel relieved............
