i will try to see a new doctor tomorrow,
she's out here in brooklyn
and is a bit alternative
that's the approach i want and i need to find someone closer to home anyway

i did go to a new dr yesterday
she says it's viral
from a cold i had in la
and the symptons could hang around for another 3-4 weeks!
so
i just have to learn how to compensate for it in the meantime

she gave me a homeopathic
remedy, and perhaps i am a little better...
i think the space between the really severe spells has lengthened
so most of the time i walk around feeling mildly stoned, which isn't too bad until i have to function
lol

i am finally feeling a bit better,
still dizzy but the nausea seems to have lessened

it's the metal palette box that is unfolded and filled with ½ pans of water colors
it's my travel kit and when it's properly stocked all i need is a couple of brushes, a pen and some water and i am set to go...

a bit better, but still continually dizzy, and today...
a vicious headache..
