mmmmmmmmm!!

i'm so so glad you liked haibane renmei! i am... pretty much obsessed with it. it's so beaauuuttifull ;D
yoshitoshi abe designed the characters for haibane renmei, and he is also the creator of serial experiments: lain (my second favorite anime) and niea_7 (which i have not seen but i bet it is pretty good). some other really good animes are cowboy bebop, wolf's rain, evangelion, furikuri, and... i know i am in love with a lot more but i can't think of any others now. ;p
some excellent anime movies are... everything by hayao miyazaki, especially grave of the fire flies (A+++), princess mononoke (A+++), spirited away, and totoro.
so how's that for recommendations? ;)
and right now cartoon network is showing ghost in the shell and full metal alchemist... those are also good.
