because it really is after/before
but it wouldn't be timely weather-wise to have the snow picture be the most current
lol

and

yesterday, i walked by a new shop that deals with photos & memories & organizing them
it had a big pile of old snapshot type images spilling out of a box
i was in a rush
and didn't shoot
(also i am not sure it would have been such an interesting photo, just the concept)
