i really don't miss it

i suppose i should say
i haven't missed it
until i was confronted with doing something so familiar
and something that made me feel so connected

that's what it is i think
the connection
(to myself)
and most of that connection
happened inside the loft for me
and since i have no access too that
it doesn't come up

the only other place i have that same nostalgia/saudades
is at the union square farm market
that was also a place where i could feel truly grounded

leaving the yoga studio
to go home
and riding the same route
well...
that really stirs things up
(and of course,
after yoga,
i am much more open...)

it works
just because
it is you
comes from you

like a duchampian attitude


but i know, i haven´t felt
connected either
worse even
i have nothing to loose
and no desire to gain
