every morning when i woke up
every night before i went to sleep
and each & everyday for over a year
i have had something that transformed me
created intensity
became a light.

sometimes accompanied by joy
sometimes not,
sometimes really not

to lose that
to have it dissolve
to unconsciously go to touch it
and to have to realize it's not there
leaves the biggest hole
and i can't imagine how that will get filled
