signed up at a new yoga studio today
it really is a lovely, lovely space
and very close to home

one of my favorite teachers is there
but i had someone new today
who was quite wonderful

this image, a candle that is there
is so appropriate, because the class today focused on falling,
falling as in falling in love,
falling in love as in falling in love with yourself
and all the things that entails
like acceptance
and comfort
and trust

i found this particularily poignant
and very much what i needed

and the teacher sang during our shivasana
and she had the most amazing voice.
