at first i didn't think this was going to convey how i felt,
i just found these eyes this morning and i wanted to post them...

but perhaps it does in a way,
not the anxiety but the intensity,
and the watchfulness,
and i guess i sense a questioning,
or a challenging...

it's all because the stakes are so high
