my nights are not restful
i don't think i have slept the night through since leaving new york
here there are mosquitos
once they wake me up
i can't go back to sleep
not only from the scratching
and the buzzing
but from anxiety
this is something new for me,
depression, ok
for the most part i have learned to cope with that
bu anxiety is a whole other beast
one that i am totally unequipped to deal with it.
