guess what i did today
I RODE MY BIKE
for the first time since i left for la/mexico in december
the labyrinthitis made it too scary to consider having both my feet off the ground at the same time (even running was difficult for me to imagine) but now,
even though i still have a sense of it being present,
i feel secure enough to ride
since the temperature is still below freezing on a daily basis, i'm not going to be going very far anyway
and believe me, i know how lucky i am to have had this thing in the winter,
if it had been beautiful and i was unable to be on my bike...
well,
that would have been a whole other level of depression.
