maybe things are finally progressings,
spent ALL day at the house
plans wiill be finalized on wednesday
and sent out for bidding
basement demolition starts tomorrow
we added an additional 5' to the studio, the space feels better to me
and i thnik it's time to get a car...

did i say that the people who bought the house next door are artists:
a painter & a sculptor?
