it's a lot about mystery
and i have been hesitant to speak of this,
scared really that it might vanish
as it did for a moment

somehow though
i am starting to believe
that this might be real

the last time i was in this place
was a long ago
and it was about a re-commitment to my work
and it did take me a long time to believe

believe that not every blow would send me tumbling
believe that there was solid ground
but it's a mystery
and so,
impossible to know completely

maybe over time i can describe it
or at least touch on it
in some way that captures it
without containing it
