the first harvested crop: broccoli rabe

this one was a struggle
i grew it from seed
and what i got was long spindly sprouts that could barely support themselves
but
i kept transplanting them,
deeper & deeper
and eventually they grew and they started to flower

maybe i will get a second growth
if the weather stays cool
tho this weekend is supposed to be in the 90's
