you can see what i missed here
that little black tip
on the left side
between the 3rd & the 4th flag
from the bottom
it's a bird's wing

at some point a flock
flew overhead
while i was shooting
in between shots

i find it hard that i missed it
hard to believe
and
hard to have to live with

not such a big deal maybe
except that it's kind of a metaphor
for
not being
present
