i've actually been shooting 100's of pictures of root vegetables
the ones i buy to paiint
for some reason...
i haven't been posting them here

they will dry out and shrivel to nothing
if left in the open air
and they smell
so i covered them
i opened the bowl today
and found a surprising array of rot & mold
to say nothing of odors

i took a lot of pictures
