not sure when this actually came up
as a matter of fact, i have never seen it pre-bloom
but today
there it was

it's a beginning
and i need a sign of beginning
again

what does it take to break a cycle?
obviously
nothing changes unless you do things differently
i am putting my faith in meditation
to make this change
i am saying that conscious
and developing the ability to make choices
is a key to changing habitual patterns
