On the first day of the new administration,
women gathered all over the world in overwhelming numbers to march
not only for women’s rights
but for every human’s rights.

We marched as well
in support of all the issues, policies and legislation
which could potentially be set back under the current administration
and we marched to uphold our democracy and right to free speech and self determination.

The level of commitment/solidarity exhibited by this outpouring
needs to be what guides our individual actions and resistance
through the next 1359 days!
