r.e. cold snap

it is really cold there............in fact in the early morning it is chilling.........with temperatures close to 0ºC, which is not normal here in the southeast..........this is all due to artic cold winds which affect the country since last saturday...............the thing is..............it has not rained yet.............not even in the north.............and running water supply will be at risk in a couple of months................
