this does not at all convey
the ferocity of the weather:
the wind
and the amount of snow that has fallen

there isn't a huge build up
because the winds are continually sweeping it up and depositing it elsewhere

and yes
i am sure this will impact the attendance at my opening
not only the remaining snow
but also the frigid temperatures...
many openings have been postponed
but i think mine will go on
