the perfect couple..............
fried salt-cured bacon and fried sausages (in the orange bowl they are still raw) are added to the 'migas' once the crumbles are half-cooked............
so all they flavours mix together ( these sausages are strongly spiced: the red sausage has got paprika and the white sausage has got grounded star anise and black pepper balls)............honeslty, you must believe me, the dish is amazing.............so rich and fatty though........not suitable for all stomachs.............
