the other morning
i heard a thump...
then saw a blur...
and then...
a cat was at my bedside...

about 7 months ago
we put up a gate to keep the cats out of the bedroom,
g/'s asthma has been bad
and unfortunately
it is necessary,
the gate is specifically designed for pets
and is about 44" high

well
ava has finally figured out that she can jump it
she can't actually clear it in a single bound
but she can leap to the top
and then jump down

baabar saw her do it this morning
i am sure he will try it next
