thanksgiving dinner...
i've been shopping & cooking
since monday:
turkey
turkey stock
gravy
cornbread for stuffing
stuffing
cranberry sauce
brussel sprouts
carrots
mashed potatoes
sweet potatoes

i accidentally cooked the turkey partially by convection
but g/ caught it
1/2 way through,
we turned down the heat;
and it was really good

i forgot to serve the cranberry sauce
:(

but all in all
it worked out

once again
i wasn't taking a lot of pictures...
