it's a long story
that i barely have the energy to write...
suffice to say
my family was finally all together
for the first time
in 3 years...
and for the first time
we visited risha's bench together
it was an important moment for me
albeit bittersweet,
in some ways
there was closure
in others
it felt like opening
a can of worms...

this is today's paper
with petals fallen from lilacs
bought for risha
over the past few weeks
and some "purple haze" incense
gifted by nick

i took no pictures of my family
thankfully others did
