r.e. villa conchi.............

the owner of the house and his wife used to run a book shop in the village (i told you he was a librarian but that was my mistake)............it was a very peculiar shop where they also sold magazines, food, cigarettes, toys, cleaning products, ironmongery............

back then i went to their shop from time to time to buy cigarettes and i liked to talk to them because they were the most bizarre couple ever.........she was really short and a bit on the fat side..........very moody and not too sociable......she moved around in a very comic gait.....he was quite the opposite......very tall, thin, elegant..........white hair........always a big smile on his face and really talkative........he had very affected manners and looked closeted to me.............they had no kids............

once they retired and the shop was closed down (that was around ten years ago), i stopped seeing them..............

conchi died a few months ago........

he must be well into his mid-eighties....

that is all i know from them..............

one thing is certain.........he is a real artist.............

i know i took a whole batch of pictures the first time i saw the house when juana moved to that village................but i was unable to find them yesterday..................they are not in flickr which is where i turn to when i need to find old stuff easily...........

they must be stored in one of my external storage devices.............i will try to find them over the weekend................
