they are normally cooked and served with three different kinds of fried pork meat: black pepper sausage, paprika sausage and salted bacon....fried garlic is customary too..................there are people that cook them with red and/or green pepper, garden peas, chard, cauliflower....as the bread crumbles are so 'tasteless' they admit any fried vegetable combination that is of your liking............but......believe me.........i have tried them all and the best option is meat...........

at the table you can serve migas with melon bites and THAT combination of flavours does make me crazy..........my mouth waters just at the thought of it..............
