does the house you rented have a staircase leading to the beach too......???

i talked to the caretaker of the condo where i rent last week and asked him if i could move in last friday and stay for the weekend...........he said yes but the owner chargers 100 euros for a weekend..........immediately i said yesssss................that is perfect............

(i think he kept the money for himself and did not even talk to the apartment's owner)........
