somewhere in the middle of today's 12+ hours in the san diego airport trying to get home with flights being cancelled left and right due to thunder & lightening in the NYC area

thankfully i took some pictures in the airport, because i did not get a window seat on the red eye we ended up taking home

hence none of my traditional departure/arrival posts from this leg of the trip
