on Friday,
ICE illegally arrested Newark Mayor Ras Baraka
who had been trying to shut down an ICE facility that opened in his city
without proper inspections and permitting.
Even though he was released later that evening
we all gathered to protest ICE's continued abusees
against citizens, legal residents and immigrants alike.

INBK (my group played) 2 pivotal roles in this demonstration:
Jeannie (in red, trained as a marshal in deescalation)
kept this trump supporter from completely disrupting the speeches

Ras Baraka is also running for governor,
I think ICE unwittingly just turned him into a folk hero
and raised his name recognition locally & nationally
not sure that is what the administration wanted to do
