when i am in a good space,
i seem comfortable,
or at least can accept,
the discomfort of certain parts of the cycle

i am grateful that at least right now
i can see this turn objectively,
from the outside
instead of being swept under by it
as sometimes can happen

but i know how quickly things can change
so i tend to be a little wary
