Really, I just need to get out more. I need to go hiking more! And I need to remember to bring my camera with me when I go, and to bring enough batteried that it doesn't immediately die, and get a larger memory card for it. >_<

Also, I need an enlarger, and lots of chemicals.

Apparently there *is* water in the desert! Someday I'll get around to titling at least some of the photos from Friday, But probably not soon, because I am terrible at naming pretty much anything. I swear, in real life, the place was more green and less creepy than some of the shots seem to indicate. At least around the water ... the rest of it was neither creepy nor green.

I have a new camera. IT's even - gasp - from this decade. This year, even! No one has ever used it before. Utterly shocking. And even worse, it's a digital. Perhaps hell has frozen over?

But, this means, new photos. Sometimes, anyway. Like today!

And yes, the house full of artists *does* help with the creativity problems. And the digital does sort of eliminate the need for development...

And, as you might notice, there is a very little bit of green here. Thus, I am a happy Cate.

Moving again, this time into the desert where I shall have to carry the memory of green with me. hence the new colours here. Anyway, with any luck living in a house full of artists should at least force me to create more, living in a house in which all of us are photographers should force me to shoot again, and perhaps get things *developed*. Gasp. What a shock, hmm?
