That's Spathoglottis plicata, a ground orchid.

Thanks for the correction MaghahalaMan, here on the Big Island my gardener neighbor called it a Philippine Orchid and I never questioned him. I have these and Bamboo Orchids growing wild on my property; both are a delight to see in an otherwise rough lava landscape with thin Ohia trees and a few ferns.
