After eating at the cheapest place ever in Shibuya (I got ¥120 gobou sarada, which was delicious) we walked into a "bargain" store. Bargain means 5 floors of expensive, trendy, tiny girl clothes, and ladies yelling things through megaphones and cones. Escalators and high pitched voices galore.
