about half an hour later i saw the shadows of tree branches moving around a lot and thought some cats or raccoons were in it. so i looked out the backdoor and noticed that where there were once a few big trees, there was instead a big empty space. then some shears poked up from behind the fence and continued to cut down the trees on MY side of the fence. at times half of her body was leaning over the fence to reach my trees. TOTALLY ILLEGAL. THANKS, MARLENE, you shitty ass of a neighbor. i was going to go out to tell her what an idiot she is, but i just took pictures of her in action instead. she didn't poke her head over the fence while i was there, though. just the shears.

i just explained to mama over the phone what marlene did, and mama told me stories about how marlene is a paranoid psycho bitch and we best ignore her before she calls the cops on us for all of our problems. the back door swung open while i was on the phone, so marlene (still chopping away at our trees, of course) probably heard all of my profanities and the nasty things i said about her. i'm voting for "that is a good thing." she had it coming.
