but they were really good

back comes:
1/4 cup of salt
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. paprika
1-1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. freshly ground white pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves

i actually had everything but the white pepper
(strange, might not have looked hard enough, i know i've seen it)
didn't measure, but mixed it with flour
and fried those babies up
