the ankle is still quite swollen.........i started getting an external bruise on sunday.........i imagine this is normal (and good) taking into account that i had had an internal hemorrhage that could be seen on the ultrasound scan........

i have an appointment this afternoon with the acupuncturist and orthopaedist........let's see what she says........
