i am still wearing this blue thing on my ankle..........it is supposed to facilitate the drainage of the internal hemohrrhage............
i put on the plastic bag covering the whole foot to avoid making this blue foam wet when i put the ankle ice bag all around my neck..........the belt is a very old one of dad's which i tie up around my ankle to prevent the ice bag from sliding down..........
