i love this of course
and what you have written

i feel that right now,
in this place that i am in
that nothing will make sense
until i have some quiet,
some reflective time

until then
it is simply
go
go
go
and i find
i am getting increasingly worn out by people
i am hoping that it is just that i have had no time time to myself
for such a long time
and that it's not a "condition" that is getting worse

i guess i worry about who i will be when all this is over
