for mother's day
which wasn't as difficult as yesterday
because
(by risha's decree)
we didn't celebrate it when i was little
(no hallmark greeting card holidays for my mom)
but i picked these in the garden
for her
anyway

tomorrow is the year anniversary of her memorial,
we'll see what that brings...
