what an awful day,
not that we didn't know it was coming,
but
after the ruling yesterday,
on concealed carry of guns,
which will decimate NY's strict anti-gun protections
to have the reversal or roe v. wade,
follow directly on its heals
well,
it's clear that guns in this country
have more rights than women

and it's clear
that this country,
has darker days ahead

it was very hard
to be in a place
where i could not take to the streets
and protest

but at least there was the ocean
which reacted
with a particular ferocity

can you believe that the local goverment of madrid has forbidden the LGBTQ flag to be hung in the city hall building front..............can you believe this..........?

and it is harsh to become aware, as you say, that guns have more rights than women........... anything has more rights than women..........
